I thought this was a documentary about war. In a way it is, but not the kind of war I expected. I'm more than a little shocked and disturbed at the many parallels this video draws between what is happening today and the previous economic, political and humanitarian disasters/coups that have happened around the world.

There are a few economic arguments made here that I disagree with not because they are wrong but more that I think this video gloss's over some deeper issues and complexities. For this reason I can't say I believe this is an completely accurate picture of the past and present although I think it comes close.

What this video does though is provide a very interesting alternative narrative of our recent history to that which we have been told. In order to understand the big picture you have to look at it from many points of view and this certainly is a well presented view.

As I say as often as I can. Don't believe what you see, read, hear or are told. Don't take anyone's word for something, not even mine. Do your own research and form your own opinions. Above all "Think For Yourself".
